Shipping

Shipping within Sweden is 99 SEK, or free for orders over 2000 SEK.

Shipping to the rest of Europe is 149 SEK, or free for orders over 3000 SEK.

Most Altrèse products are kept in constant inventory. If we're missing any items from your order, we'll let you know as soon as we can and work out a plan with you so your project doesn't get slowed down.

We typically ship with DHL within Sweden and DHL/UPS in Europe.  You'll get a tracking number from us to follow your order.  We are typically quick to fulfil orders but we know how building and renovation projects go, so if you are in a rush please let us know and we'll do our best!

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you'd like to return it. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Please make sure products are well-protected for return shipping, as the customer is responsible for any loss in value caused by inadequate packaging or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the products.

For safety reasons, products that have been connected or installed cannot be returned.

Products that arrive damaged or are faulty are handled separately under your statutory consumer rights and our warranty — please contact us as soon as possible rather than sending them back as a normal return.

Warranty

All Altrèse products are covered by our 3-year warranty.

Our warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit those rights.
